It will be a night of Christmas songs at Immaculate Conception Church. The 18th we'll be back at The Darby. The 23rd we are playing a burlesque brunch at Yotel. Once again we are featured at The Salon's annual New Years Eve Eve event. And New Years Eve the band will be playing at the always stylish and very cool Dances of Vice! Gelber's Solo Piano Concert

Wednesday, December 12, 8 PM. Solo jazz piano. You've seen him here with the Gelber & Manning vaudeville troupe, and he's been the pianist with Kevin Dorn's all-star groups. "His playing can summon up the right-hand epigrams of the great Harlem ticklers, but I also hear the brisk cadences of nineteenth-century parlor piano and a hint of Garner," a critic writes. He's busy every night in NYC, but Toms River is so much closer for many fans. Discover him, if you haven't yet.

The New Jersey Jazz Society is a proud co-sponsor of Jazz for Shore.

Midweek Jazz concerts are one long set, from 8 to 9:30 PM, allowing working people to attend and still get home at a decent hour. The tab is reasonable too: only $15 for seniors, $18 for others. Request tickets, directions from the OCC Box Office at (732) 255-0500.

The Chairman of the Alliance and co-owner of Deno's Wonder Wheel Amusement Park, Dennis Vourderis, will preside over the evening's festivities. Proceeds will go to ConeyRecovers.
