College Champion
Always a proponent of the college as a whole and health science programs, specifically, Greg has shared the successes of the faculty and students in his division with passion throughout his career at the college.
The Health Sciences Career Fair, the Health Science Bash and the 25 Year Anniversary Celebration of the Respiratory Care Program all gave future students and the community at large an opportunity to learn about opportunities in healthcare careers.
Greg has 'gone on the road' to area high schools with the College Recruiter, and participated in radio and tv interviews to increase interest in 'his' programs. He was an active, involved member of the GFC MSU Marketing Users Group and will be missed by the college's marketing team!
Recognition of National Respiratory Care Week in October started during Greg's faculty years and continues to provide students with a presence at Benefis Hospital and involvement in fundraising for Camp Huff 'n Puff.

Collaboration: Education
Through a partnership with Blackfeet Community College, Great Falls College, Greg provided leadership for the College's in The Issksiniip Project/Scholarship and Native American Enrichment Center. The project offers low-income individuals the opportunity to pursue associate degrees in a Health related field with the option to transfer into a 4-year degree program.
Greg served on the Great Falls Public Schools Health Occupations Advisory Board. The purpose of the board is to bring differing external perspectives to align the college opportunities with the Med Prep program.
According to Dr. Paulauskis, "Our population is aging and living longer. That means more people will need more care in coming years and the demand for health care jobs is only expected to increase." Greg was instrumental in organizing the college's Health Sciences Career Fairs, an opportunity available to all local high school students to come to campus and experience the variety of healthcare career and meet professionals working in the field.

Collaboration: Healthcare
The high quality of the healthcare programs at Great Falls College MSU is a product of relationships with healthcare businesses. Greg's collaborative work with Benefis, the Great Falls Clinic, and national vendors has allowed the College to benefit from their generosity in donating needed equipment.
Greg was instrumental in the planning and development of the Simulated Hospital which will play a crucial role in training students prior to their working at professional clinical sites. Benefis Health System partnered with the college in designing the space, donated items to make the space as realistic as possible and encourages employees to play an active role on healthcare advisory committees to ensure that the college's curriculum is aligned with job requirements.
For the 2010 campus celebration of American Indian Heritage Day, Greg invited the staff of the Benefis Native American Welcoming Center to present to students on the importance of understanding cultural diversities in healthcare professions
