Artist Profile:
Big Time Rush
and Victoria Justice
by Stanica Matijevich
|
Big Time Rush is more than a group of good looking musicians. The boys of Big Time Rush have got it going on. Starting with the famous TV show on Nickelodeon in 2010, the guys have launched into stardom but have grown in the process. Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos Pena Jr. and Logan Henderson make up Big Time Rush. The band has put out two records and is going into their fourth season of filming their hit TV show. The guys are really excited about their third album "24/Seven." According to an interview with teen.com, the band wrote about 99 percent of the songs on the new album. Big Time Rush is performing at The Pavilion June 28. Victoria Justice shot to fame with her Nickelodeon show "Victorious" that started back in 2010 and has been climbing the ladder ever since. Now spending her summer traveling with the boys of Big Time Rush on their Summer Break Tour, Justice is playing her own songs such as "Freak the Freak Out," "Best Friend's Brother" and "Beggin' On Your Knees." Dubbed the new "It" girl by Perez Hilton, we can't wait to see her wow us June 28 at The Pavilion.
