Join the city of Berkeley and BART for a Preliminary Design Open House. BART and the City of Berkeley are planning to reconstruct the Downtown Berkeley Plaza (Constitution Square), which will include renovation of the BART entrances, new bus shelters, and a redesigned Plaza. At the Preliminary Design Open House, participants will be able to review preliminary design elements and proposals, provide input, and identify issue areas and potential solutions.
