Have your voice heard. The Berkeley City Council is discussing tomorrow a possible Minimum Wage in Berkeley of $10.74 for small business of up to 50 employees, and $13.34 per hour businesses with 50 or more employees. City Council meets tomorrow at Old City Hall in the Council Chambers at 2134 Martin Luther King Jr. Way.
