Dear Downtown Property or Business Owner:
You are invited to a Downtown stakeholder meeting to hear about plans for a new eleven story residential building, with 1,200 to 1,600 square ft. housing units, at southeast corner of Berkeley Way and Shattuck Avenue (1955-75 Shattuck Ave). The meeting is being held at 3pm, Wednesday, December 11th, at Bistro Liaison Restaurant, at 1849 Shattuck Ave.

Please see the attached notification letter HERE from project information from project Architect Jim Novosel of the Bay Architects. Jim asked me to note that there will be more meetings in January and that this is just an initial first meeting required by the City before submittal.
