Tomorrow, come celebrate the holidays at the Downtown Berkeley Tree Lighting at BART Plaza on Friday, December 6th, 5:30-6:30pm with family-friendly festivities! Enjoy delicious treats from Paris Baguette and Almare Gelato's famous hot chocolate as you listen to live holiday music, and get a preview performance of Dance on Center's Nutcracker. Kids can create magical holiday art with Habitot Children's Museum (supplies donated by East Bay Depot for Creative Reuse). Everyone is invited to Create Your Holidays in Berkeley with the 2013 FREE Buy Local Berkeley Chinook Book app.  The app gets coupons for over 100 local businesses! There will even be a visit from Santa Claus, so bring a camera to take a photo with the whole family! Co-sponsored by Buy Local Berkeley.

Students from Kathryn Roszak's Dance Program for Children and Teens will perform their annual chamber recital version of "The Nutcracker" at at the Osher Studio in Downtown Berkeley. Always a fun and inventive performance, the kids will be joined by members of the Danse Lumi�re company. Tickets available at the door; please arrive early.
