The Downtown Berkeley Association (DBA) has started a retail development program focused on how we can bring new retail, and retain current retail, in the Downtown. The DBA has hired a leading national consultant, Michael Berne, who happens to be a Berkeley resident and hence is very familiar with the market. Your input is vital. We hope you can join us for a focus group tomorrow, Tuesday May 14, 9am at Hotel Shattuck Plaza to hear your insight on the particular challenges and advantages for retailers locating in Downtown Berkeley.
