The Osher Studio at Berkeley Central | 2055 Center St. | $25 genral admission / $20 Seniors & Students
The newest theater company in Downtown Berkeley, Indra's Net Theater, is proud to present their first show, Michael Frayn's Copenhagen, winner of the Tony for Best Play. Copenhagen focuses on the 1941 meeting between Niels Bohr and Werner Heisenberg in occupied Denmark. It explores both Heisenberg's uncertainty principle and the uncertainty of the human condition, the ethical responsibility of the scientist, the dawn of the nuclear age, and the trauma that was World War II. Indra's Net Theater produces plays that explore the "big questions" at the modern intersection of science and philosophy.
