Bro. Bernard Hartman recently had a hearing in Melbourne, Australia, in which he was committed to stand trial on charges of sexually assaulting two boys and two girls more than 30 years ago. His trial will be scheduled for some time in 2015. Bro. Hartman is living with a religious community in Melbourne with Bro. Dave Quigley.  

 

We have received media queries from Pittsburgh, where Bro. Bernie taught (at North Catholic) before and after his time in Australia, and from Dayton, where he lived in a Marianist community while working at the Marianist Mission.
