Pat will work with me in supporting the Marianist LIFE program, Province jubilees, retreats, and other religious life ministries.

He also will work with Dan and the Office of Sponsorship team to help provide leadership, direction, formation and mentoring to those involved in Marianist-sponsored ministries. This includes the secondary schools and retreat centers sponsored by the Province.

"Pat will be an excellent addition to our Office of Sponsorship team," said Donnelly. "He is well formed in the Marianist charism and brings proven skills and experience in education, organizational development and management."

For the past eight years, Pat has worked as an educator at St. John Vianney High School in St. Louis, a Marianist-sponsored school, where he taught religion and history. He served at Vianney as a member and chair of the Mission Integration Team and participated in many mission-based activities. Prior to that, Pat worked 16 years for a major grocery store chain in safety services, risk management, and training and organizational development.
