It may be hard to believe BUT it is time again for The Santa Claus Parade; happening this weekend - scroll down to find out where it's taking place. Also, you'll also find links to 10 Epic Sandwiches in the city and news of the October real estate market which has been extremely busy.

On a typical weekday morning, the southwest corner of Sherbourne Street and Bloor Street West is a happening place.
With every change of the traffic light, throngs pour out of the Sherbourne subway station and across the road, many heading to work at National Post, Rogers' headquarters or other office towers nearby. The intersection's Tim Hortons does brisk business, its doors often obstructed by the lineup of people standing in single file for the 75 Sherbourne bus heading south. Cars, courier trucks, taxis and bicycles jockey for position throughout the day.

Homebuyers set new October sales record

Neither the Blue Jays' winning streak nor Stephen Harper's losing streak managed to distract frantic homebuyers across the GTA as sales set a record for the month of October and the region remains on pace to see more homes change hands by the end of 2015 than ever before.

The Santa Claus Parade - November 15th
The Santa Claus Parade has been a Toronto tradition since 1913! The route seems awfully long this year as it winds from Christie Pits to St. Lawrence Market. You can also take part in the Holly Jolly Fun Run, which follows the same route as the parade and you can be cheered on by thousands of people!

Market News
Toronto Real Estate Board President Mark McLean announced that Greater Toronto Area REALTORS� reported a record number of transactions for the month of September through TREB's MLS� System. There was a combined 8,200 home sales reported for September 2015. This result was up 2.5 per cent compared to September 2014.
