Welcome to our April 2015 e-Newsletter!
It's no secret that Toronto's condos are getting smaller - I also have a piece with some insight into how designers are making small spaces functional.
Cavalia's got a new show called Odysseo, which looks like quite a spectacular. You'll find more information below, along with a link to the city's best Fish and Chips.
I recently read a piece in the Wall Street Journal about Canada's housing market, which I have linked to below. It's an interesting overview on what's happening and also provides some good reasons why Toronto's market isn't softening like other markets.
Along with more local market news from the Toronto Real Estate Board, you'll find five terrific listings, which include a townhouse at Yonge and St. Clair, a two bedroom suite at Radio City and three properties for lease.
As always, I thank you for your past and future business and any referrals you may have are greatly appreciated.

But are there ways to make a postage-stamp kitchen an efficient and comfortable space? And how can you decide if that kitchen will fit your needs, if all you have to go on is a floor plan, a glossy brochure and maybe a model suite?

Torontonians have options when it comes to the British dish of fresh fish covered in crispy, deep-fried batter and paired with thick-cut chips. Here's a list of Toronto's best fish and chips restaurants - some are traditional, while others update the classic fare.

Toronto Housing Market May Not Join in Soft Landing
Canada's high-flying housing market finally seems to be making a landing that will be harder in some areas-notably the oil-producing provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan-than elsewhere, according to BMO Capital Markets.
Except for Vancouver and Toronto. The latter in particular has a flight plan that doesn't include landing anytime soon, BMO says.
