Welcome to our February 2015 e-Newsletter!
Valentine's Day is this weekend! It's the rare person who will turn down chocolate, so whether you've been together 20 years or 20 days, it's always appropriate. Below is a link to the places you can find the city's best. You may just find me at the sampler bar at any one of them...
If you're looking for something avant-garde to do, the Rhubarb Festival is returning for its 36th year! While the performances aren't to everybody's taste, it's a nice alternative to the big touring shows, and it's all homegrown. And just for fun, check out below, a link to 14 of the world's most beautiful tree-lined streets.
Along with the market news, I have an article about the booming condo rental market. You'll also find three listings, which include a spectacular two bedroom corner unit at Radio City, a condo for lease in City Place and a one bedroom condo for rent at The Matrix.
As always, I thank you for your past and future business and any referrals you may have are greatly appreciated.

Some 22,765 units were leased across the GTA throughout 2014, up 15 per cent from 2013 and up 11 per cent in the fourth quarter alone. Most of the units were in the highly sought-after downtown core.
