Welcome to our May 2014 e-Newsletter!
The average price for a detached home in Vancouver has been over $1M for a while now - and Toronto is quickly catching up. If $1M doesn't make you blink, check out what's available in the city for $4M. Scroll down for those articles, plus April's market news.
Doors Open is happening at the end of the month - whether you have two full days or just a couple of hours, check out some of the buildings not normally open to the public. Always open to the public? Toronto's best Tex-Mex restaurants. You may (or may not!) be surprised to see Sneaky Dees on the list.
As always, I thank you for your past and future business and any referrals you may have are greatly appreciated.
