Welcome to our March 2014 e-Newsletter!
Despite the cold weather, the spring market is becoming active - the problem is that there isn't a lot of inventory on the market as compared to the number of potential buyers. I have an article below that details a couple of recent bidding wars.
If you're not making a move any time soon (or you're just sprucing up the place to get it ready to sell), you'll want to check out the National Home Show. find out how you can get a free pair of tickets below.
The cold weather means no end to comfort foods and in my opinion, nothing quite matches mac and cheese, so I've got a link to Toronto's best.
Sadly, yet another heritage building is being torn down to make way for condos. As designed, the proposed building is a little more interesting than all the glass towers going up, but it's still a shame.
As always, I thank you for your past and future business and any referrals you may have are greatly appreciated.

Totem's Coming to Shake Up Yonge and Wellesley
Worsley Urban Partners have released a few renderings for condo they're building at 17 Dundonald Street. The design is a little more unusual than most. Unfortunately, it will be replacing a 1956 office building that was built in 1956 for the Commercial Travellers' Association of Canada. Check out the article from Curbed.com, which includes more renderings. We'll see how close the final product resembles them.

Best Mac 'n Cheese in Toronto
There are many strong contenders vying for this title. Each is creamy, but still rich in flavour. Each is indulgent, but not overly greasy. And comfort food, though it may be, there's nothing dull or bland about any of the selections.

In Toronto, it's a seller's market - but sellers can't find a place to buy
The winding streets of a tranquil enclave near the Humber River were swarming with house hunters last week when 18 Langmuir Cres. went up for sale with an asking price of $949,000. Early this week, the Cape Cod-style home on a ravine lot sold for $1.102-million after five parties vied to live there.
