We want to take this opportunity to thank you for attending your CALLED convention in Austin, Texas this past summer. As this year's clergy appreciation month comes to a close, we still are basking in the awe of the "CALLED" moment because so many of you chose to gather in one place at one time! Thank you! What an answer to our prayers! We also praise God you chose to bring your families. What a great time we had getting to know many of you and reuniting with those our lives have touched in the past. We hold a special place in our heart for the NAD, union and conference administrations for their financial support and encouragement given to us in the planning of the convention. Their support was unwavering.
Secondly, the volunteers cannot be thanked enough for the time, effort and prayers they gave so freely.....BUT this event would have been worthless if you were not there!!! SO... thanks from the bottom of our hearts for the sacrifice you made financially and time wise to attend.
Your ministry makes such a difference to many! We are gratefully appreciative of sacrifices you make everyday as a pastor, but please know your ministry has had an impact that will only be fully seen in Heaven. From the bottom of our hearts, and on behalf of those who haven't said it, thank you for all that you do. Thank you for praying, studying, building relationships in and outside of the churh, and for your countless sermons. Thank you for your passion, care and gentle guidance. Thank you for being sensitive to the Lord's leading. Thank you for the example that you set. Thank you for the sacrifices you and your family have made. Thank you for persisting and not giving up when things were difficult.
Pastor and Ministerial Director, your NAD Ministerial team loves you and prays for you often. We recognize the gift from God we have in you. We are thankful you were obedient when He called you to serve Him in the work of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. God gave you the wisdom to help your church family with their walk with Him, asking for nothing in return.
With grateful hearts, thank you for what you do for our church and our savior Jesus Christ, to fulfill His mission in North America. Pastor, we look forward to fellowshipping with you again in 2019..... Lord willing, when the dates for "CALLED-take 2" are finalized.
