April Chapter Meeting: User Experience - Staying Relevant in a User-centric World

Join us on Thursday, April 17 in downtown Chicago to hear Stuart Bender discuss user experience and usability testing.
Stuart is part of the Communication Services department at CCC Information Services, and he'll explain and provide examples of his methodologies for usability testing, user experience, and user-centered design.
His presentation covers how their user assistance tools evolved by demonstrating his team's projects, and he'll explain and discuss the different roles in the User Experience skills sets that the team provides.

Get Real! A Professional Interview Program
 We're excited to announce an upcoming addition to the STC Chicago program offering!
In the next few months, we'll be launching an informational interview service for students and recent graduates new to or considering the field of technical communication. Students can request an interview and we'll match them with a senior technical communicator in our chapter for a 30- to 60-minute in-person or phone interview.
