 What is a Goat Grind? You're not alone in not knowing - it's a Montana thing! A Goat Grind is an endurance run with steep hills, a creek crossing and some technical single track. Sounds like quite the challenge! But, totally worth it - you get a pancake breakfast at the end of the race. Who doesn't love a well-earned pancake!? Bike Park
Located in Centennial Park on the edge of Downtown Helena next to Carroll College is Helena's new Vigilante Bike Park. The Helena community has completed Phase 1 of construction and the bike park now features a pump track.
Centennial Park also sports a dog park, climbing boulder, sand volleyball courts, soccer fields, baseball diamonds and a walking/running path with fitness stations.
