August Newsletter Heading Image
Greetings!

I really cannot believe that it's August already.  Summer has been flying by, hasn't it?

Helena, Montana wants the title "Best for Geocaching" in the Best of the Road, Rand McNally Small Town contest.  The other day I was talking to my brother in Illinois and I asked him to vote for Helena.  He asked me, "How do I know Helena is really the best?" Fair question.  You can read on www.bestoftheroad.com why others think Helena is the Best for Geocaching.  I told my brother to read the comments and that I know Helena is the best because our GeoTour caches are well-maintained, offer a variety of different types of caches and show of all the treasures of our beautiful city.  The locally-made Geocoin that is the "prize" on the tour is a unique token featuring Helena's iconic Firetower.  In addition to the 38 geocaches that are part of the GeoTour, the Helena area offers hundreds of caches for all types of geocachers.  VOTE HERE!
