Two One-Act Plays Benefit The Jane Lloyd Fund Sunday, December 11

Treat yourself to a respite from the holiday madness and enjoy an afternoon of delightful entertainment at Noble Horizons on Sunday, December 11.  Macey Levin, Sarah Tames and Gail Ryan star in "It's a Sin to Tell a Lie" and "Save Me a Place at Forest Lawn," two tender and humorous one-act plays directed by Aglet Theater Artistic Director, Macey Levin.   Complimentary refreshments will be available at 1:30; the curtain rises at 2pm.  Donations will be accepted for The Jane Lloyd Fund, which supports local cancer patients and their families.

Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winner Jason Miller's "It's a Sin to Tell A Lie" is a warmly amusing play about two old and lonely strangers who meet by chance; Lorees Yerby's "Save Me a Place at Forest Lawn" features two elderly women whose new friendship takes an unexpected turn.  Guests are invited for a Q and A following the performance.  To ensure ample seating and refreshments, please register at www.noblehorizons.org or 860-435-9851, x190More information about the Jane Lloyd Fund is at www.thejanelloydfund.org

This year, monies raised will go to benefit the Albert Schweitzer Memorial Hospital in Haiti to support relief efforts in the aftermath of hurricane Matthew. More than $800 was raised and will be added to the month's Happy Fines. The club plans to match up to $500 and hopes to send a total of $1000.
