Last Tuesday, Abby Wood's Marine Biology classes performed a dissection of multiple species of marine invertebrates. This was followed by a tutorial by Chef Rob, who showed the students how the animals they just researched would be prepared in a restaurant. Students then got to try some of the animals they had just seen. The animals researched for this collaboration were squid, quahogs, littlenecks, conchs, and shrimp.
