Dear ,I hope you had a great summer and if you're like me you are glad to be back to routines at work and at home. Bennett begins 9th grade and turns 15 this month, nothing else needs to be said about that. It has become a seller's market in many areas and price points due to lack of inventory but there are also some outlying areas that lag behind. Pricing has reached pre-downturn levels in many areas and it's trending upward in all areas of our market.

I hope you enjoy this month's newsletter and I hope you will forward it to your friends, family, and colleagues who may be thinking about buying a home in the Upstate. All my best, Keith (420-0262)

August Market Update

The number of transactions year to date is up 20% and it looks like it will be a record year. Low inventory and high demand is driving prices back to predownturn levels and it looks like that will continue until interest rates begin to rise. Home Price Rise in nearly every US Metro Market and Home Starts Surge to 2007 Levels.

I'm updating one of my websites to improve both the look and feel of the site as well as improving the home search features and capability of the site. I have created a number of preloaded searches that may be of interest to you for browsing the market. If you have the opportunity to review the site I would be interested in any feedback or comments you would like to share. It's easy to overlook important elements of websites if you don't get the right kind of user input. Please check it out if you have time and please send my an email with your comments. www.GreenvilleBuyersAgent.com
Many of you have already received my seasoning. I give it away to clients, that's right it's free. It's a thirty year-old recipe of ....well I'll keep the recipe to myself but it's a simple combination of salt, pepper, garlic powder and several other spices and there is no MSG. I make it myself at home on the dining room table. I put it on everything from my omelet in the morning to my steaks and salmon at night, as well as vegetables, potatoes, rice, etc. You get the point, it's great on everything and it makes seasoning your food simple and easy. Text me if you haven't  already received it and I'll send it out right away free of charge and special delivery.
