Dear , I hope you're all having a great summer, seeing great places and enjoying the beach. The real estate market continues to be strong and it looks like the number of transactions this year will exceed the record number that occurred in 2006. I read an article this week that said "Builders preparing for boom" and you can see the new zoning requests popping up in almost every area of the city.

I hope you enjoy this month's newsletter and I hope you will forward it to your friends, family, and colleagues who may be thinking about buying a home in the Upstate. All my best, Keith (420-0262)

July Market Update

The trend continues with approximately a 20% percent increase in the number of transactions year to date. The median price is significantly higher ($168,000) than the record year of 2006 due to the product mix of the production builders during the past 36 months. The Millennials may be finally thinking about purchasing real estate and the Baby Boomers can't get enough of it, of course they have all the money.

I would love to send you my seasoning. I give it away to clients, that's right it's free. It's a thirty year-old recipe of ....well I'll keep the recipe to myself but it's a simple combination of salt, pepper, garlic powder and several other spices and there is no MSG. I make it myself at home on the dining room table, personally making sure it's just right. Some of you have already received it and my goal is to send it to each of you on a regular basis, that is if you like it and use it the way I do. I put it on everything from my omelet in the morning to my steaks and salmon at night, as well as vegetables, potatoes, rice, etc. You get the point, it's great on everything and it makes seasoning your food simple and easy. Text me if you haven't  already received it and I'll send it out right away free of charge and special delivery.
