Recipe of the Week--Cabbage Casserole
1 head cabbage
4 packages T&H tomato soup supplement
1 green pepper
1 tomato
1 onion
1-½ cups rice, cooked
1 cup mushrooms, optional
Mix all ingredients together. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and pour ingredients into it. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly.

You may substitute tomato soup in place of T&H supplement, although best results are achieved using supplements.
2030 FastTrack Unstuffed Cabbage Roll
Makes 8 servings 2 pounds lean ground beef or turkey 1 large onion 1 clove garlic, minced 1 small cabbage chopped 2 cans crushed tomatoes 14.5 ounces (no sugar added) 1 can tomato sauce 8 ounces (no sugar added) ½ cup water 1 t. sea salt
In large skillet brown ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender. Add garlic and continue cooking 1 minute. Add chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper and bring to a boil, Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender. This can also be put in a crock pot as well.
