Recipe of the Week--Banana Chocolate Smoothie
1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
¾ cup skim milk
1 medium ripe banana, frozen and cut into pieces
3 tablespoons T&H chocolate drink mix supplement
¼ teaspoon vanilla
Put all ingredients in a blender. Cover and process until blended.
Serves: 2 Fat grams: less than 1
Phase: Fast, 1, 2, 3, 4 Protein: 9.0
You may substitute sugar-free chocolate drink mix in place of T&H supplement, although best results are achieved using supplements.
