Recipe of the Week--Meatless Chili
Meatless Chili
2 fresh or 3 cans tomatoes
2 cans chili beans
1 medium onion
1 small bell pepper
2 tablespoons celery flakes or ½ cup celery
1 tablespoon garlic powder
¾ small can tomato paste
1-½ tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon each basil and oregano
1-½ teaspoon sugar substitute
1 small bay leaf
Water
Light salt and Pepper to taste
Add all ingredients together and heat until warm.
Serves: 12
