CORRECTED Soccer Registration Update: Action Required

CORRECTED Action Required to Complete Reg for Fall Soccer

Thank you for registering your child(ren) for River Park Soccer.

We have processed your registration packet, however an approved proof of age document (ie government issued birth certificate) is missing. Unfortunately, hospital issued certificates and immunization records are not acceptable.

See which documents are approved by our state organization, Cal-North, in PIM 10.1 then do the following.

1) Make a clear copy of the approved document, do not send the original.

2) Mail to PO Box 192077, Sacramento, CA 95819.

Please note: this requirement applies only to NEW players. Returning Rec players do not have to resubmit proof of age.

Warning: All documents must be received by June 25 or the player will not be put on a team until after all on-time registrants have been assigned.

You may receive another message stating "No action required" if another player you registered had all documents complete. Please contact the registrar if you have questions.
