Ethnic Arts Festival: Luther College Diversity Center sponsors community event

 

The Ethnic Arts Festival will once again celebrate the diverse and vibrant cultures represented in the Luther community Saturday, March 1, on the Luther College campus. The festival begins with a Country Fair from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Williams Lounge and Oneota Market spaces of the Dahl Centennial Union. Children can tour the world with their own "passport," getting it stamped when they visit displays that students made to provide information about their home countries. Read more...

Luther College to host the 66th annual Dorian Band Festival

 

Luther College will host the 66th annual Dorian Band Festival March 2-3. High school band students, from approximately 125 schools, nominated by their high school directors come to stay on campus for the chance to experience Luther, rehearse with music faculty and perform in concert. Read more...

 Luther's Lorie Scott performs flute recital at 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23, in the Noble Recital Hall of the Jenson-Noble Music Hall.

 

Luther's 'Music in the Shape of a Pear' concert series features music for trombone and electronics at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28 in the Noble Recital Hall of the Jenson-Noble Music Hall.
