Luther College's Anderson and Steinberg named Peace Scholars 


Luther College junior Cate Anderson and sophomore Maggie Steinberg have been selected as Peace Scholars for the 2013-14 academic year. The pair will spend seven weeks this summer studying peace and conflict resolution in Lillehammer and Oslo, Norway.

Luther College Book Shop to celebrate 75th anniversary 


The Luther College Book Shop will celebrate its 75th anniversary on Friday, April 26, at its location in the Dahl Centennial Union on the Luther campus. Cake and refreshments will be served from 9:30 a.m.-4:45 p.m.

Luther College presents Pat Benincasa's paintings, "Circle + Rust," on display through May 3 in the Kristin Wigley-Fleming Fine Arts Gallery of the Center for the Arts on the Luther campus.

Luther students impact Clinton Global Initiative University 

Eight Luther students diligently worked on a proposal for five months to fit the theme, "Bringing ideas into action" and then presented it at the Clinton Global Initiative University conference Friday-Sunday, April 5-7 at St. Louis's Washington University.

Luther College Visual and Performing Arts to present 'Arcadia' 

Thought by many to be one of the best plays of the 20th century, Tom Stoppard's "Arcadia" will be presented May 1-4 by Luther College's Department of Visual and Performing Arts. Performances will take place at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 1-4 with an additional matinee performance at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 4. All performances will take place in the Jewel Theatre in the Center for the Arts on the Luther campus. Read more...
