More Than 700 Graduate from CoB
On Friday, May 15, 706 students graduated from the E. J. Ourso College of Business - 507 earned their bachelor's, 194 earned their master's, and 5 earned their PhD.
Peggy Scott of BlueCross BlueShield of Louisiana was the keynote speaker.

Online Flores MBA Program Graduates First Student
 It's been an eventful 25 months for Austin Hatch. He moved his family across the country to California, welcomed his first child into the world and on Friday, May 15, became the first-ever graduate of the LSU Online Flores MBA Program.

Mother, Daughter Graduate Together From E. J. Ourso College of Business
Graduation is a momentous occasion for any student and a time to be shared with family and friends alike.
In the case of Rana Alkadi, who graduated this spring from the LSU E. J. Ourso College Professional Flores MBA Program, that sentiment could not be more apt. Her mother, Stephanie, also graduated from the College of Business this spring with a Master's of Science in Analytics.
It wasn't planned they said, but it does make the day more special.

Four Students Named to Tiger Twelve
 Four senior students from the E. J. Ourso College of Business were named to the Tiger Twelve for 2015 - Andree Comeaux, economics; Lauren Landry, marketing; Arenn Martin, management; and Hannah Suffern, finance.
The recipients were honored at a ceremony on campus on April 25.

College Recognizes Students at Spring Awards Ceremony
LSU's E. J. Ourso College of Business held its annual Spring Awards Ceremony on April 21, in the Rotunda of the Business Education Complex. During the event, the college recognized outstanding individual students, student organizations and inducted new members into Beta Gamma Sigma.
Dean Richard D. White Jr. served as emcee for the event, which was followed by a reception for students and their guests and the donors and donor representatives who funded the scholarships. Shell provided the funding to make the event possible.
