Alumni, Staff Featured in Business Report's Forty Under 40
             
Norisha Kirts, director of development for the LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business' Office of Advancement; Rowdy Gaudet, Flores MBA Program alumnus; and Nick Speyrer, finance alumnus, were recently featured in the Baton Rouge Business Report's Forty Under 40 list. The list celebrates the best and brightest professionals in the capital region.

The LSU Flores MBA online program is ranked No. 57 among public colleges and universities and is No. 72 overall in U.S. News & World Report's rankings of best online MBA programs.

Masters Programs Ranked by Eduniversal
        
Both the Master of Science in Finance and Master of Public Administration programs at the LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business were ranked in the Top 40 in North America by Eduniversal in its annual Best Masters rankings for 2014-15.

PAISA Hosts MPA Honors Banquet
        

The Public Administration Institute Student Association recently hosted its MPA honors banquet in the Rotunda of the Business Education Complex. John White, Louisiana Superintendent of Education, served as the keynote speaker.

Coleman Promoted to Deputy CIO at TRSL
        
LSU Flores MBA alumnus Maurice J. Coleman was recently promoted to deputy chief investment officer for the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana (TSRL). His duties will include day-to-day operations of the investment department and assisting the chief investment officer (CIO) in strategic decisions affecting the retirement system's $17 billion investment portfolio.

Cothern Joins Office of Advancement
Meredith Cothern recently joined the LSU E. J. Ourso College of Business' Office of Advancement as director of development. In her new role, Cothern will work with alumni and friends of the E. J. Ourso College to combine the college's needs with its philanthropic goals.

MBAAA Donates 66K to LSU Flores MBA Program
The LSU Flores MBA Alumni Association presented the LSU Flores MBA Program with a check for $66,600 at the group's annual holiday party. The event was held at Bistro Byronz.
