Dear Family and Friends, (by Mary Jane)
It's the most wonderful time of the year, the time we celebrate the birth of our dear Savior. It's time to listen to Christmas Carols. It's time to think of and choose the gifts we will give each other to celebrate the wonderful gift given to all of us. Everyone seems a little friendlier and a littler kinder. As we think more about others and less about ourselves, we become better. It is the season I love the most.
This year has been wonderful for us. We've seen success in our businesses and Kevin has a great consulting gig. Personally, we have finally found the answer to releasing the weight we have been trying to get rid of for years. Kevin has released 80 and Mary Jane 48. Needless to say, we look better and we feel better.
Our family is Healthy and happy. This year Kevin and Claudia moved to Orlando to follow their dreams. Don and Jen are both doing well in their respective careers. Jen got promoted and Don just achieved another certification. Kristina moved to Atlanta to be in the entertainment industry and she is doing well. She has been in several movies and TV shows and is meeting new and interesting people as well. David has a good job and is very happy to be working in the IT field. Amy is still working at Ross and exploring her future options.
All in all it has been a great year and we look forward to 2016 and anticipate a fantastic New Year!
We hope all of you have a very Merry Christmas and that your new year will be your best yet!!
Quote of the Month: "When you were born, you were crying and people around you were smiling. Live your life so when you die, you are smiling and people around you are crying." - Unknown

The Secret of Achieving Your Dreams
Do you want something different in your life? Do you have a dream for 2016? We know the secret and are going to share it with you.
Last December we decided we wanted something different in our lives: better health and more effective businesses. Well a year later, together, we have released 128 pounds and our businesses are doing much better.
So what is the secret? Yes, we established principle targets (goals). In fact, my goal was to release 112 pounds by December 15th. Didn't make it but 80 wouldn't have happened without setting a lofty target.
Would you be surprised if I said the secret isn't setting goals, we've done that many many times with no or poor results.
Setting goals or principle targets is an important part but not the most important part.
The most important element of achieving anything you want is to work on you!
Jim Rohn, one of the great self-development gurus of all time said it this way.
"For things to change, YOU have to change. For things to get better, YOU have to get better. For things to improve, YOU have to improve. When YOU grow, EVERYTHING in your life grows with you."
What we did was really work on ourselves. We recognized that whatever we had been doing wasn't working for us so with signed up for business/personal coaching. This has been, and continues to be, a rigorous process, however, we are very glad we have paid the price because life is amazingly better.
So the lesson is, focus on the results you want AND work on yourself to get there. So figure out how can you improve in mindset, attitude, philosophy, character, behavior and habits? What can you read, listen to or watch that will grow you, so you can grow that area of your life?
We wish you the best as you reach for your stars in 2016!
Oh, by the way, I will release an additional 70 pounds in 2016. (Accountability is an important element to achieve your dreams too)

Laughs and Interesting Stuff
(Selected by Kevin and Mary Jane)
Play Off Game: It was a Championship playoff game. The stands were absolutely packed, except for one seat.
A curious woman asked the man next to the empty seat, "why isn't anyone in that seat?"
He responds, "well that's my wife's seat but she passed away."
"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. Couldn't you find someone to take her place?"
"Nah, they're all at her funeral."
Santa's Cookies: As we were putting out cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve, I accidentally dropped one.
"No problem," I said, picking it up and dusting it off before placing it back on the plate.
"You can't do that," argued my four-year-old.
"Don't worry. Santa will never know."
He shot me a look. "So he knows if I've been bad or good, but he doesn't know the cookie fell on the floor?"
Hide Those Presents:
I had finished my Christmas shopping early and had wrapped all the presents. Having two curious children, I had to find a suitable hiding place.
I chose an ideal spot-the furnace room. I stacked the presents and covered them with a blanket, positive they'd remain undiscovered.
When I went to get the gifts to put them under the tree, I lifted the blanket and there, stacked neatly on top of my gifts, were presents addressed to "Mom and Dad, From the Kids."
Three Wise Women:
You do know what would have happened if it had been three wise WOMEN instead of men, don't you?
They would have asked for directions, arrived on time, helped deliver the baby, cleaned the stable, made a casserole, and brought disposable diapers as gifts!

(so people will wonder what your up to AND its contagious)
