Greetings, neighbors!

Are we ready for warm weather yet?  For me, this is like living back in Buffalo!  Snow on the ground, more coming down. Ouch. Stay warm, think spring, and drive carefully!

Per our last board meeting regarding the lot we own off of Golf Course Court and Golf Course Drive, we are paying a title company to determine what we own, what we have access to, and if we have an easement back to the lot.

Come to the next board meeting if you would like; all are invited.  It will be held on Tuesday, March 3, at 7:30 p.m. at O'Loughlins.

Thanks,

BHCA Resale Packets

If you are selling a home in the community, please contact Bay West Management to obtain a resale packet. The packet contains the community's by-laws, covenants, and community regulations. The packet should be furnished to the buyer prior to the property sale closing. Bay West will confirm if there is any balance due on the homeowner's account before releasing the packet.

Sellers are expected to clear their BHCA account prior to closing on a home sale. The title company representing the buyer is required by law to research obligations related to a property. These obligations include homeowner association memberships, outstanding dues, liens, etc. To request a resale packet, contact Michelle Boss or Ralph Hudson at Bay West: 410-897-0207.

Broadneck Peninsula Trail Coming to Bay Hills family-bike-ride.jpg
To extend from library to shopping center

The Broadneck Peninsula Trail will extend the Baltimore & Annapolis Trail nine miles from Severna Park to Sandy Point State Park. Phase One will extend it from Green Holly Road to Cape St. Claire Road. Stops will include the Broadneck Library, Broadneck High School, Cape St. Claire Elementary School, the Andy Smith Equestrian Center, and Broadneck Park, as well as local churches and neighboring communities.

The section between the Broadneck Library and Bay Hills Shopping Center is expected to begin construction late this spring. The entire project should take about six months to complete.

The project is a partnership of local, state and federal government, including the State Highway Administration and the Friends.

Local March Happenings
