Welcome!
Greetings, neighbors and friends. | | Nancy Fink, Amanda Rambo, and Ann Chumney catch up before the annual meeting. |
Thanks to all who attended the annual meeting. I was unable to attend, but the board reported back to me, and I've been following up on some issues. I also want to thank the gentlemen who came from the Anne Arundel County Watershed Protection and Restoration Program to update us on the Bay Green Dr. culvert repairs and replacement project. Annual Meeting Highlights- Sink Hole Repair: Repair may take 1 - 3 months; road closure will last 6 - 8 weeks. They will try to time it for summer to avoid disrupting bus routes.
 | | Paul and Sally Vavrek chat with Dave Eckels at the annual meeting. |
- Basketball Courts: The culvert repair gives us an opportunity to do something with the basketball area since the county will be repairing it. They are open to other ideas rather than replacing the existing second court. This is our chance to do some long-range planning and improve property values. Please send your ideas to Dave Eckels at property@bayhillsonline.com or call 410-757-1272.
