Welcome!

Greetings, neighbors.

Summer is here. In Bay Hills, that means the pool is open, and more people and kids are out and about. It's more important than ever to stay alert and keep your speed down while driving. Also, more families with kids are moving into the neighborhood. Say hello and welcome them to Bay Hills!

Covenants Reminder
It's boating season again, and that means many of you are searching for a place to store your trailer or boat. According to the covenants, that place is not your driveway. Please find a suitable storage space for your boat and/or trailer.

15. Boats under twenty (20) feet in overall length and camping trailers less than five (5) feet in height above the street, may be stored on lots provided such are out of clear view of streets and are behind the dwelling located on such a lot as the dwelling is oriented to the such streets.

16. Boats exceeding twenty (20) feet in overall length, camping trailers exceeding five (5) feet in height, motor cycles, commercial vehicles, trucks or other such vehicles shall not be parked on any lot, in any driveway, or on any street of this subdivision, but may be parked entirely within a garage or enclosed carport, or at such area as may be designated for such parking or storage at those portions of said subdivision shown on plat as "recreational area."

Community Dumpsters
October 27 - 29
Many of you have asked when we will have dumpsters in the neighborhood. The county only provides dumpsters once a year now, and they rotate fall and spring. This year, the dumpsters will be in the pool parking lot October 27 - 29, so mark your calendars for fall cleaning.

Recycling in Arnold Park
The county will provide dumpsters in Bay Hills this October, but if you need to get rid of stuff now, try the dumpsters located in Arnold Park. You can bring anything you would normally put in your at-home recycling container, and it saves you from having to keep cardboard boxes piled up--or anything else that fills the container quickly. For more information, visit recyclemoreoften.com. Click on "Recycling Information," then "Parks."

Welcome New Residents!

If you are new or have a new neighbor, we would like to drop off a welcome bag from the Bay Hills Community Association. Additionally, if you have a business, we would be happy to include one of your business cards in the welcome bag. Please contact Diane Ireland at 410-626-7130.

BHCA Resale Packets

If you are selling a home in the community, please contact Bay West Management to obtain a resale packet. The packet contains the community's by-laws, covenants, and community regulations. The packet should be furnished to the buyer prior to the property sale closing. Bay West will confirm if there is any balance due on the homeowner's account before releasing the packet.

Sellers are expected to clear their BHCA account prior to closing on a home sale. The title company representing the buyer is required by law to research obligations related to a property. These obligations include homeowner association memberships, outstanding dues, liens, etc. To request a resale packet, contact Michelle Boss or Ralph Hudson at Bay West: 410-897-0207.
