Welcome!

Greetings Neighbors,

What a great summer it has been. Now it's back to school and back to reality. Watch for school children and buses. Here is the bus schedule for your convenience.

I hope you had a chance to take the survey about the proposed Rite Aid that we sent out. If you haven't, please take a few moments now to share your thoughts.

Also, we will have our annual meeting coming up on Wednesday, October 9, at 8 p.m. with a meet and greet starting at 7 p.m.  Please come and give us your input and join the board if you would like.

We have updated the pavilion lighting.  All bulbs and ballasts were bad, so we have put the interior six lights and the large two end lights on timers, which will go on at 8 p.m. and off at 2 a.m.  We replaced the outlets with GFCIs and covers.  Next up is the repair of the swing set.

We have a lot of new families moving in and we want to make Bay Hills better than ever.

We are considering, as a board, a new parking garage, new two-level tennis courts, and buying Bay Hills Golf Course for our own private use.  While none of this is true and you do want a say in what we do, please join the board! Please consider joining us or nominating a neighbor. You can either come to the next board meeting on Tuesday, September 3 at 7:30 p.m., or email me at president@bayhillsonline.com.

Sincerely,

Paul Cain

The packet should be furnished to the buyer prior to the property sale closing. Bay West will confirm if there is any balance due on the homeowner's account before releasing the packet.

Sellers are expected to clear their BHCA account prior to closing on a home sale. The title company representing the buyer is required by law to research obligations related to a property. These obligations include homeowner association memberships, outstanding dues, liens, etc. To request a resale packet, contact Michelle Boss or Ralph Hudson at Bay West: 410-897-0207.
