Community Events and Notices Bay Hills Board Meeting Tuesday, May 7 7:30 p.m. The Bay Hills Board will not meet in April. The next meeting will be May 7, at O'Loughlin's at 7:30 p.m. All community members are welcome. Bay Hills Book Club Tuesday, April 9 The bay hills book club is reading Silent House, by Orhan Pamuk for April. For more information please contact Maureen Lamson at maureenlamson@hotmail.com. Spring Community Yard SaleSaturday, April 20 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.Whether you want to purge or purchase, mark your calendar for the Bay Hills Spring Community Yard Sale, Saturday, April 20 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. This is a community-wide yard sale. Residents sell their items at their own house, townhouse or apartment. Invite family and friends! Summer Junior Tennis Program June 24 - end of July The Ulmstead Estates Junior Tennis Team invites youth ages 6-18 from Bay Hills and surrounding communities to join the summer 2013 program commencing on June 24, and continuing through the end of July. The 2013 program is designed to introduce new players to the sport and improve the skills of more experienced players through drills, scrimmages and match play in the Patapsco Valley Junior Tennis League (PVJTL) - all in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. If you are selling a home in the community, please contact Bay West Management to obtain a resale packet. The packet contains the community's by-laws, covenants, and community regulations. The packet should be furnished to the buyer prior to the property sale closing. Bay West will confirm if there is any balance due on the homeowner's account before releasing the packet.
Sellers are expected to clear their BHCA account prior to closing on a home sale. The title company representing the buyer is required by law to research obligations related to a property. These obligations include homeowner association memberships, outstanding dues, liens, etc. To request a resale packet, contact Michelle Boss or Ralph Hudson at Bay West: 410-897-0207.
