 Thank you for taking the time to open my eNewsletter. 
I'm including three big art festivals which begin this weekend, and an open studios tour in Monterey County.

Palo Alto Festival of the Arts       This Weekend!

I will have a booth at the Palo Alto Festival of the Arts from 
August 24-25. My booth is space 427, between Florence and Bryant on University Avenue. The festival is open 10am-6pm. There is plenty of parking in downtown Palo Alto, great food & entertainment.  

 
Kings Mountain Art Fair          Labor Day Weekend

I'm returning to the King's Mountain Art Fair (up on Skyline Drive in Woodside), 
after being away for two years. It's the fair's 50th anniversary! Bring your 
hiking or tennis shoes; the fair is in the redwoods 
and my booth is at the bottom 
of the knoll next to the harpist! 

 

Capitola Art & Wine Festival        Sept. 14-15
 

I'll be back at the Capitola Art & Wine Festival once again. Please come by and say hi! 
Monterey County Artists Studio Tour 
September 28-29


I'm joining my friend and fellow artist Cheryl Kampe at her studio in Pacific Grove in Monterey County for open studio tours.

Maui Open Studios                February 8-9, 2014


I know this is a little premature, but if you're like me, you plan your vacations in advance. If you're planning on going to Hawaii, consider going to Maui in February. (The humpback whales know this is the best time to be there.) 
Maui Open Studios are going on all month around the island. I will be holding mine at the Hui No'eau Visual Arts Center again in 2014, February 8 & 9th.

I will be the "Artist in Residence" at the Village Gallery in the Ritz Carlton, Kapalua on Maui, February 12-15. There will be a reception and I'll be demonstrating my painting techniques. It should be fun!
