Holiday Parade of Lights - December 6

Join the festivities at the Gurney Redevelopment Vendor Fair and Holiday Parade of Lights. The Vendor Fair is from 5-9 p.m. and the parade is at 6 p.m. Contact Alison at (605) 260-6870 or questmarc3@mail.com to get registered.
Chamber Dollars will be the prizes for the top three parade entries.

| Ground Breaking Ceremony - December 10
There will be a Ground Breaking Ceremony for the Wireless World Addition on Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. at the Northeast corner of 31st Street and Highway 81.

| Holiday Membership Mixer - December 10
Join us at the Riverfront Event Center, 121 W. 3rd St., on December 10 for the December Chamber Membership Mixer from 5-7 p.m. There will holiday characters, entertainment, music, food, beverages, and Chamber Dollar drawing.

| Ribbon Cutting Ceremony - December 17
There will be a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Northern Lights addition at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital, 501 Summit St., on Dec. 17 at 5 p.m.

Office Hours for the Holidays
The Yankton Area Chamber of Commerce, Convention & Visitors Bureau, and Office of Economic Development offices will be closed at noon on Dec. 24, all day Dec. 25, and all day Jan. 1.

| Woman of Distinction Nominations
Nominations are currently open for three awards that will be announced at the February 17 Woman of Distinction Luncheon.
You can nominate a woman for these different awards: Outstanding Professional Woman; Outstanding Woman Leader in Community Service; and Rising Star Woman.
Visit www.yanktonsd.com/distinctionluncheon to learn more about these awards and nomination guidelines. All nominations are due by 5 p.m. on January 17, 2014.

A lot of Chamber Dollars will hit the community in the next couple weeks and after the holidays.
- MAKE SURE YOUR EMPLOYEES KNOW HOW TO PROCESS THEM!

- Employers - if you are requesting large amounts of Chamber Dollars please give the Chamber several days notices to process them.
