Greetings!
Spring and summer means more food tours and the season seems to be on! We are hiring new guides and tours are rolling nicely on the sunny streets of Helsinki!
Food Sightseeing still continues its mission spreading awareness of Finnish food culture and offering delicious food tours in Helsinki. In addition to this it becomes a part of a new concept, Food Desing Finland. Other foundations of the concept are Food Desing pop up -event restaurant and Ewäs-brand.

Ewäs-brand
Ewäs is developed together with chef Arto Rastas, wild food expert Sami Tallberg, packaging designer Janne Asikainen and Tanja Karonen, a multi-talent in food business. The Ewäs -brand has already made it to The Cannes Film Festival.
Ewäs is a special one hand food, therefore ideal for events. It was accepted to The Cannes Film Festival because it is Finnish and because of its exoticism and practicality. Ewäs was served at the pavilion of the Finland Film Commission. The purpose of the pavilion was to promote Finland to international productions, as a good location to film.

Food Design pop up -event restaurant
The first Food Design pop up -event restaurant will be on The Tall Ships Races event in Helsinki on 17.-20.7.2013.
Pure Bistro goes Food Design is a marine restaurant right next to the event stage in Jätkäsaari. It is implemented together with Pure Bistro and it serves Ewäs.
You can book the lounge area also for your party.
