Board Corner
The Weizmann Board of Trustees has kicked off the 2015/16 Annual Fund campaign in true menschlakyte style - leading by example.  Already, they have reached 100% participation with every board member contributing towards the more than $25,000 that has been raised so far.  Please help us reach our goal of $100,000 with 100% participation!

Tomorrow, 12/18, is the last day to make an Annual Fund donation in the school office and have it count for the 2015 calendar year!
Mitzvah Magic
Each month the Weizmann community supports a different mitzvah project.  Recently we collected clothing and blankets for the homeless, and at the beginning of the year, we collected school supplies for kids that need them.  In October, we collected 265 books - a donation value of $420.  Next month, as we celebrate the start of 2016, please consider purchasing a pack of diapers to help support our next mitzvah project - a diaper drive.  All donations will be distributed to local families in need through Foothill Unity.

Fourth grade demonstrating tikkun olam, making the world a better place, by assisting at Friends In Deed, our local community food bank.

Alumni In Action...
This past weekend, Weizmann co-hosted a Havdalah and Star Gazing program in our own backyard.  It was a wonderful opportunity for students from our school to join together with PJTC USY members and LBSRS students.  We were blessed to have the Havdalah and Hanukkah blessings led by a beautiful voice, a Weizmann alum, Abby S.  Abby was joined by her parents who helped with making star charts and viewing the bright stars in the night sky through their telescope.
