THIS WEEK'S EVENT: PTO will be featuring apples and honey for sale to celebrate the New Year. Many thanks to Jen L. for organizing this annual tradition. Please stop by at drop off or pick up and purchase your treats from the 5th graders for a sweet start to the new year.

WE GET QUESTIONS: Why did we need to bring in so many school supplies for the beginning of the year? Although it may seem like there was a lot of duplication or extra supplies on the list, the students actually go through most everything brought in by about the middle of the year. Extra copy paper and paper products, such as Kleenex and paper towels, are used every day so while it seems like a lot, it really is never enough. Thank you to all the parents for helping start the year off with all the right supplies. We do also welcome extra office/classroom supplies throughout the year.
