Ensuring Weizmann's Future

In the last two months, staff and Board of Trustee members have been meeting with key stakeholder groups to discuss why and HOW to ensure Weizmann Day School's future - for generations of students to come.  Below are pictures from the two most recent meetings with interested grandparents and the middle school founders who learned about the dynamics of

Weizmann's Endowment Fund.

Walking the Walk...
role model is a person whose behavior is imitated by others.
A role model is a person who inspires and encourages us to strive for greatness, to live to our fullest potential and see the best in ourselves. A role model is someone we admire, someone we aspire to be like. We learn through them - through their commitment to excellence and through their ability to make us realize the value of our own personal growth.

Mrs. Rotter, this week attending the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics annual conference in Boston, is a role model!

Alumni in Action
Some of the Weizmann alumni that Mrs. Rotter has influenced
are following in her traveling and training footsteps.

Hannah S. and Jonas K., both 8th grade graduates in 2012, recently spent a week in France with their Arcadia H.S. teacher, learning about the sights and culture of the language they are studying,
Sharon O., also a 2012 graduate, is in Costa Rica with other juniors and seniors from The Waverly School, experiencing the rain forest and teaching English to young students there.
Nicole S., WDS class of 2014, is leaving for Fresno on Friday as one of 10 Covina H.S. students who will be participating as delegates in a five-day state leadership conference.
Kol HaKavod to the students, their families,
and all of their teachers!!
