So Very Close...
96% overall family participation!
As part of the WEEL (Weizmann Expeditionary, Experiential Learning) program...  

the 8th grade girls enjoy lunch after visiting the Anne Frank exhibit,

and the 6th & 7th graders enjoy the live performance of Einstein is a Dummy.
They also celebrate, Medieval style.


They take a rest at the Arboretum


and they prepare for the Science Fair!



They reach the falls in Eaton Canyon for 
Tu B'Shevat,

 and representatives present a mural at a local elementary school.
 5th grade joins middle school WEEL at LACMA.

Announcements
Congratulations to the middle school students who received Honorable Mention medals at the L.A. County Science Fair, and special kudos to Alex who placed 4th in the Jr. Behavioral Science Division.  
Yeshar Koah to all!

The 4th graders are collecting non-perishable and canned good items to donate to Friends-In-Deed in observance of the Pesah Mitzvah of Ma'ot Hittin.  Donations can be left in the office.
