A Gift from PTO

PTO is sponsoring an incredible parent education program on Tuesday evening, June 10, 7:00-9:00 pm and again on Wednesday morning, June 11, 9:00-11:00 am.  America's Celebrate Calm coach, Kirk Martin, and his son, Casey, will provide you with a humorous environment in which to learn how to create a calm home and eliminate defiance, power struggles, and sibling fights, among so much more.  You will learn how to calm emotional kids and deal with outright defiance without escalating situations. You will learn how to turn emotional power struggles into opportunities to build trust and teach self-discipline. You will learn 10 specific ways to get the respect and authority you want.

Do you want to:

  • Get your kids to listen the first time?
  • Stop whining, tantrums and sibling fights?
  • Get kids off video games/screens without a fight?
  • Create stress-free mornings, homework time and bedtime?
If you answered yes to even one of these questions, then this workshop is for you.  In fact, the teachers, staff, and I believe so strongly in this program and want so deeply for each and every one of our parents to participate that we have arranged a free, adult-supervised movie night for those who need Weizmann-student childcare, and all teachers have agreed to make it a homework free night for all families with parents in attendance.

We hope you will take advantage of this very special gift of a program that PTO has sponsored for the entire Weizmann community.

Shabbat Shalom!

~Lisa
