Kudos to the 44 families who have contributed to this year's Annual Fund Campaign. The students, teachers and I are so grateful to you for your commitment and generosity. We are also appreciative and pleased to share that 100% of our board and staff have also supported to this year's campaign.
We are now so close to reaching our goal of 100% parent participation. To help us complete our parent campaign, an anonymous parent donor has stepped forward and has offered us a 1-1 match for the remaining parent contributions. Yet, there is a catch. We have one week to comply. For every dollar collected between today, March 7, and next Thursday, March 14, we will receive an additional match gift up to $500!! This means that the last remaining families can double their gift to their children's school. It also means that we will no longer need to keep asking you to participate. After achieving our goal we can focus our attention and efforts on amassing support from the greater community as well as grant opportunities.

March 8-10: Shabbaton Weekend, Grades 3-8, leaving 1:30pm and returning 1:00pm Sunday
March 14: Parent/Teacher conferences (1:30-7:30pm) students in grades 2-8 participate in the conference-12:15 dismissal-ASA available. ASA charges apply at 2:45 for Kg., 3:45 for 1-8.
March 19: Federation Women's Forum-9:15am honoring Maite at the Doubletree Hotel in Monrovia
March 22: Spring Concert, 11:30am-12:15pm-dismissal 12:15pm - ASA available-If you will be using ASA this day we ask that you sign up in the office and let us know what time you will pick up your child. Without advance reservations, we may not be providing this service.
March 25-April 3 - School Closed - Pesah Vacation
April 4: School resumes

We are pleased to be joining the LBSRS and PJTC in a campus-wide Yom HaAtzmaut celebration on Tuesday, April 16. Attached is more information about the joint choir, festive dinner, and participation by the Los Angeles Israeli Scout Troop.
Plan to join us in recognizing Israel's 65th Anniversary.
