California Beef Share Program

Award Winning, California Raised, Fresh, OU, Glatt-Kosher, 100% Grass-fed Beef

The only kosher, domestic, 100% grass-fed beef in the USA.

  • No added hormones
  • No confinement
  • No antibiotics
  • Similar fat profile to bison.

Raising 100% grass-fed cattle is a craft and our California ranchers are artisans. After traveling the Italian countryside, learning the ways of the "old-timers," our head rancher sought out other California ranchers to form a co-op based on their shared values of health, animal welfare and amazing taste. They now work with many of the top chefs in the country and KOL Foods.

KOL Foods is partnering with our California ranchers to provide you with the most healthy and delicious kosher beef available.
