Hello you delicious delight for the soul

and at 'em for the day :-)
I'm sitting at the Farmer's Market in LA as I write this.
I did not have a strawberry Nutella crepe with whipped creme ...
But I did find a pair of glasses I think would look GREAT on you...
Purple with GIANT rhinestones on the frames...(it will make it very hard for anyone to look away when you are talking to them... ;-)
So here's what's been happening since you left town (didn't think I knew that did you??)
Completed my last 3 workshops for the year (read on below)
Been shopping for a wedding dress
(no, not for me, although I do confess to having a Miss Piggy moment-wanting to go wild trying on things. Wedding stores frown on this, just so you know)
It's for my daughter--she's getting married next October :-) !
Learning my part to the song "Sisters, Sisters" from the movie White Christmas....
(that I will perform with my sis in December----feeling a mixture of excitement and nausea at the thought of actually doing it---how did I let her talk me into this!!!! )
and painting.
and writing.
and avoiding Eddie's calls
(who is madder than a wet hen that I am in California and he is has been "left high and dry" in Paris.)
Yep, that's about it.
And you? What in the cat hair have you been doing? You can update me here.

The ONE big takeaway?
It makes rooting for the other guy so much simpler because you ARE the other guy :-)
P.S. You knew this. The things that are given away always find their way back to the giver.

California Dreama
- November Workshops!
Every workshop is special and unique due to the artists attending. My last three workshops for the year (all in sunny southern California at the Randy Higbee Gallery) were no exception.
I've come to realize the biggest reason I do the videos and take the pics is this---they make me smile and reflect on the amazingness of the people I get to meet long after the workshops have ended!
