Since I'm knee deep in packing and trying to convince Eddie that this time he REALLY can't sneak into France, this will not be my typical newsletter.
It is your NOTICE that whatever that you are knee deep in doing, you best be making room in your schedule because it's time to...
OUI OUI OUI all the way to France  !!!
Just to remind you how this works:
I stay up for days and nights on end, subsisting only on chocolate and wine (this is my lame attempt at garnering sympathy)
sending back videos, pics to paint from, and reports from the front lines in France while YOU...
A) Sleep in your own bed, wake up feeling all refreshed, yawn, have a cup of java and decide which photo I've posted that you are going to paint today in your awesome little journal OR
B) Decide it's a great day for a nap and some serious daydreaming about tripping through lavender fields in France---minus the bees (oh yeah, where there's lavender, there are bees!)
C) Do all of the above AND get your name in the hat for lots of fun giveaways!!
You get to ✈️ without spending any $$$ and you gain not one single pound from decadent French food (there is some bad news though--you will miss out on the fun of being strip searched at the airport ).
I am going to be in France 45 long days (and nights).
I'll be painting in oils and watercolors, walking 'til my feet are sore (lame attempt at garnering sympathy #2) AND shopping for some...

I'm gonna do my very best to make you feel like you are right in the middle of the French countryside---minus the getting lost parts and trying to remember the word for bathroom when you're in a bit of a hurry---salle de bain?
(Please Note: that was my last and final attempt at garnering sympathy from what I now realize was a road I should never have turned down in the first place.)
